25,000 men will be diagnosed with Prostate Cancer this year.*
1 in 7 Canadian men will be afflicted by Prostate Cancer in their lifetimes.*
Men are 4 times more likely to commit suicide than women.**
Men die 5 to 6 years younger than women and 5+ men die every hour from potentially preventable illnesses.**
And this Movember, half a million men and women will raise awareness and donations to lower those numbers above. And you can help too!
Movember (formerly November) is the annual event where Mo-Bros (formerly known as men) and Mo-Sistas (formerly known as women) from all over Canada raise awareness and money toward the research, prevention and treatment of men’s health issues, especially prostate cancer.
The best part is that it’s super simple to help!
Everyone can help spread the word and raise money for the cause!
But my Mo-Bros can do even more – it’s time to become walking, talking, sleeping, working and laughing billboards for men’s health. Tomorrow morning when you wake up, shave your face nice and clean. For the rest of the month grow, groom, trim and even wax the greatest moustaches known to man. Let them hang low, or curl up – just don’t let them become beards or goatees!
Once you’ve committed to Movember you can do two things:
Head over to http://mobro.co/ssre and donate to the cause – just hit the ‘donate’ button and follow the instructions. If everyone who participates in Movember can donate even $10 that would mean millions of dollars for research toward defeating one of the most prevalent dangers to men everywhere.

OR
Head over to http://mobro.co/ssre and join our team. Take the next step and begin your own campaign to raise awareness about men’s health!
This Movember is going to be great! It’s a lot of fun and is for a great cause.
